- Department leaders now have access to Advanced Department Analytics, a comprehensive dashboard that tracks call volumes, performance indicators, and trends by department. The dashboard also surfaces during-hours missed call reporting and includes CSV export capabilities, giving partners more flexibility to analyze and share data.
- On mobile, users can now provide call quality feedback after each call. These ratings are paired with technical data to help identify and troubleshoot issues more effectively.
- Desktop users assigned to multiple shared inboxes will notice a major speed boost. Load times that previously took several seconds now feel nearly instant, eliminating freezes and interruptions.
- Addressed a bug where declining a call might cause a user to unintentionally redial a previous caller.
