VC Policy Routing Validation
We’ve added new safeguards when configuring VC (Virtual Connect) failover policies. The system now prevents duplicate routing entries for the same phone number, eliminating routing conflicts that could cause unexpected call behavior during failover.
Holiday Schedule Security Enhancements
Holiday schedules are now even more secure. We’ve strengthened the required permissions, and only authorized users within your organization can make changes to holiday configurations. This prevents unauthorized or unintentional edits and protects your planned call routing during important dates.
Device Configuration – Special Character Support
Advanced device configuration just got easier. You can now use special characters such as < > & ' " in your settings, and the system automatically processes these characters, ensuring reliable deployments for both single devices and large-scale templates.
Call Center Agent Validation Enhancement
We’ve improved validation when creating call center agents to prevent accidentally duplicating agent numbers. This update eliminates sign-in conflicts and ensures accurate reporting, helping your call center run smoothly and efficiently.
