Tentacle Update: Smarter Attestation Marking and Clearer Renewal Reporting

Tentacle now gives partners more control over compliance evaluations and clearer data for client renewals. Partners can flag attestations as "Not applicable" or "Not important" to keep evaluations focused on what matters, while improved renewal reports and updated security signals make it easier to manage client engagements with confidence.

What's New

  • Partners can now mark attestations as "Not applicable" or "Not important", focusing compliance evaluations on relevant items and feeding more accurate inputs to the evaluation model (Early Access).
  • Renewal reports have been improved with clearer data and actionable insights, helping partners better manage client renewals and forecast revenue.
  • CIS security signals now source from an updated platform component, improving the accuracy and reliability of threat detection across partner environments.

Why You'll Love It

Attestation flexibility means partners spend less time working around irrelevant compliance items and more time acting on findings that matter. Cleaner renewal reports reduce guesswork when planning client engagements, and more accurate security signals mean partners can trust the data underpinning their risk decisions.

How to Access It

Renewal report improvements and the CIS signals update are live now in Tentacle and are automatically applied. No action is required.

The attestation marking feature is available in Early Access. Early access features are available to eligible customers. Contact product at product@cytracom.com to enable these features for your account.

Tentacle Update: Cyber Insurance Readiness Reports and Application Attestation Improvements

Tentacle now gives partners powerful new tools for cyber insurance preparation, with Claims and Renewal Readiness Reports that make it easier to guide clients through policy commitments and renewal conversations. Application Attestations now surface the Telivy "T" badge and compliance sync details, so linked evidence is recognizable at a glance. A pair of reliability improvements round out the release, fixing a company-renaming issue on login and an app crash when opening question blocks.

What's New

Client-ready reporting

  • Claims Readiness Reports now give partners a clear view of policy obligations, notification steps, checklist progress, and high-risk denial scenarios to share with clients and brokers (Early Access).
  • Renewal Readiness Reports provide a structured summary of client commitments, verified evidence, missing items, and project roadmaps to strengthen renewal discussions (Early Access).

Faster audit and compliance workflows

  • Application Attestations now display the Telivy "T" badge and compliance sync details when evidence is linked, making audit-ready status immediately recognizable without opening the Evidence drawer (Early Access).
  • Insurance Manager now includes improved document upload and analysis notifications, and breach checklist items can be exported to CSV for point-in-time reporting (Early Access).

Reliability improvements

  • Reseller company names no longer change to a customer name after logging in through Unity Platform, ensuring accurate company display for all reseller accounts.
  • Opening a question block from the filtered Questions list no longer crashes the app, restoring reliable navigation through the block detail view.

Why You'll Love It

Claims and Renewal Readiness Reports give partners a defensible, shareable artifact for every stage of the insurance lifecycle, from pre-breach preparation through renewal. Linked evidence in Application Attestations is now instantly visible with the familiar Telivy badge, cutting the time spent verifying compliance posture during audits. The two bug fixes remove friction partners encountered in day-to-day platform use, keeping workflows smooth and support tickets down.

How to Access It

The reseller company name fix and the question block stability improvement are live now in Tentacle and are automatically applied. No action is required.

Tentacle Update: GTIA Trustmark, Insurance Manager Enhancements, and Profile Fix

Tentacle gives partners a more complete path from compliance discovery to insurance readiness. A new GTIA Trustmark framework and a suite of Early Access Insurance Manager improvements expand regulatory coverage, make it easier to score policies, track drift, and navigate complex insurance workflows. A bug fix also ensures Unity Platform users can reliably save program profile details.

What's New

  • Tentacle now includes the GTIA Trustmark framework with 177 controls, expanding compliance coverage across regulatory standards and providing crosswalks to related frameworks (Early Access).
  • The Insurance Manager now surfaces discrepancies between client-reported data and actual scan findings directly in attestation views, helping partners identify gaps without manual comparison (Early Access).
  • Policy requirements are now grouped into meaningful categories and linked to their source security policy document for clearer traceability (Early Access).
  • Partners can now navigate the policy timeline non-sequentially and receive notifications for incomplete tasks, ensuring nothing is missed during review (Early Access).
  • The Application Attestations view now merges control coverage and attested answers into a unified, category-based layout that is simpler to parse (Early Access).
  • Pre-application forms have been refined and the post-breach phase has been reorganized into a Breach Center that centralizes checklists and resources for incident support (Early Access).
  • Insurance Manager flow UI has been updated with improved layout consistency and centralized controls for more intuitive navigation (Early Access).
  • Program profile details now save correctly for Unity Platform users, resolving a validation error that prevented primary contact and office location updates.

Why You'll Love It

The GTIA Trustmark addition means partners can manage more regulatory requirements from a single platform without juggling separate control sets, and can pursue their own Trustmark certification for their MSP business in the process. Insurance Manager enhancements give partners a structured, automated way to assess readiness, track obligation drift, and move from policy review to action with less manual effort. Clearer attestation views and flexible timeline navigation reduce the chance of missed compliance steps, while the profile fix removes a friction point that was blocking routine account management.

How to Access It

The program profile fix is live now in Tentacle and is automatically applied. No action is required.

Early access features are available to eligible customers. Contact product at product@cytracom.com to enable these features for your account.
