Telivy Update: Editable Questionnaires, Smoother Scans, and Stronger Integrations
Security questionnaires can now be edited after submission, helping partners correct answers without restarting the process or contacting support. This update also improves scan reliability, restores breach data processing, strengthens integration handling, and brings bulk vulnerability actions back to the Risk tab.
What's New
- Security questionnaires can now be edited after submission, so partners can update answers without contacting support.
- Google and Microsoft 365 connections now show clearer messaging when credentials need attention. In most cases, renewal is handled automatically to keep integrations connected.
- Scans now move reliably from queued to active. A fix resolves an issue where some scans could remain stuck in queued status and delay risk assessment completion.
- Dark web breach data jobs now process correctly after a database-related issue prevented some breach findings from appearing in assessments.
- Bulk vulnerability actions have been restored in the Risk tab. Partners can again select multiple vulnerabilities and accept or resolve them together rather than processing each item individually.
Why You'll Love It
Partners can correct submitted questionnaire answers, complete assessments more reliably, and move through large vulnerability lists with less manual effort. Clearer integration messaging and restored breach data processing also help keep security workflows moving with fewer interruptions.
How to Access It
These updates are live now in Telivy with no action required. If a Google or Microsoft 365 connection was already broken before this release, you may see a one-time reauthentication prompt with instructions.
