What's new

• Hardened the ControlOne Agent's web sign-in procedure for Azure Active Directory to ensure secure, hassle-free login on all supported ControlOne Agent versions.
• Made the ControlOne Agent's user interface simpler and easier to fit within your workflow by:
  • Adding the ability to Quit ControlOne from the login screen without first requiring you to log in. 
  • Adding a Next button to the ControlOne sign-in window, letting you easily return to the Azure login screen if you misplace the window amid multiple open screens.
  • Adding a Back button, which gives you an easy way to return to the login screen.

Note: You must upgrade to ControlOne Agent v2.4.1 to access these UI improvements. 

• Added alerts on past due ControlOne accounts that provide clear, specific guidance on how to bring them up to date and how to contact Cytracom regarding account or billing questions.

OS support change

• Cytracom Desktop no longer supports the following OS versions:
  • MacOS versions prior to 10.15
  • Windows versions prior to Windows 10
