ControlOne Update: Enhanced Initial Bridge Configuration as well as Reliability Improvements

This update refines existing onboarding workflows, improves customer list accuracy in the portal, and restores expected behavior when entering larger network ranges in firewall rules. These enhancements help partners complete setup tasks more efficiently and reduce noise in day to day administration.

What’s New

  • Initial Bridge setup and configuration now follows a more guided and predictable flow. The Bridge section stays open during setup, Available and Assigned panes are easier to interpret, and a modal helps admins create a Site and automatically assign the selected Bridge. The Site creation dropdown also distinguishes Assigned and Available Bridges and can auto assign an available Bridge when confirmed.
  • Deleted tenants no longer appear in portal drop down lists, keeping customer navigation focused on active environments.
  • The UI now accepts larger subnets and IP ranges in firewall rules and address groups. Entries save correctly and no longer require workarounds when configuring broader networks.

Telivy Update: Faster Inventory Search, Improved Risk Processing Indicators, and Accurate Cost Calculations

Technicians now get faster answers with improved inventory search, and the Risk tab provides precise real time indicators while findings are still generating. Cost estimates tied to sensitive data update correctly when items are confirmed to be safe, and Global Admin gains a more consistent layout that reduces navigation time.

What’s New

  • Introduced an In Progress indicator on the Risk tab so users know when findings are still being generated after a scan
  • Added faster, case insensitive search across Web Activity and Installed Apps with partial match support and persistent results
  • Improved cost calculations tied to sensitive data so totals update immediately when users mark an item as not sensitive, ensuring estimates only reflect valid information
  • Updated Global Admin so pages use consistent layouts, alphabetized account lists, and a single menu for common actions which makes routine tasks easier to manage

Why You Will Love It

Partners can locate risky activity quickly and avoid acting on incomplete findings while scans finalize. Accurate cost estimates ensure meaningful and accurate representation of risk, and administrators benefit from a consistent interface that reduces training time and avoidable errors.

Telivy Update: Dark Web Exposure History Bugfix

This update fixes an issue where the dark web timeline occasionally displayed a “no data” placeholder even when breach records were present. Timelines now correctly show exposure points whenever data exists and only display an empty state when no exposures are detected.

What’s New

  • Corrected display logic in the dark web timeline so all valid breach data points are shown.
  • Exported reports now match the updated timeline view, ensuring consistent and accurate exposure data across both the platform and downloaded records.

ControlOne Update: Agent Release Tiers, Teleport Step-Up Authentication, and Performance Improvements

Summary

This update adds versioned release tiers for the ControlOne Desktop Agent: Beta, General Availability (GA), and Long-Term Support (LTS). Partners now have more control over when and how new versions roll out. It also improves Teleport for partners using the Unity platform by honoring the Unity MFA code instead of requiring a separate ControlOne code for authentication. Endpoint performance on Windows and macOS has been improved by fixing high background CPU usage in recent ControlOne Agent versions.

What’s New

  • Partners can now choose when and how updates are deployed through defined release tiers: Beta, General Availability (GA), and Long-Term Support (LTS). This gives greater visibility into the state of each release and more control over which version is applied to each customer. For example, partners can restrict a customer to LTS to receive only essential security updates and fewer feature changes, or assign power users to Beta for immediate access to new capabilities and the opportunity to share feedback with developers.
  • For partners using the Unity platform, Teleport now honors the Unity MFA code instead of requiring a separate ControlOne code for authentication.
  • The Agent’s background performance has been improved by fixing an issue that caused the app to use more CPU than expected when idle.

Why You’ll Love It

Defined release tiers give partners meaningful control over how updates reach their customers. You can align each tenant to the release cadence that best fits their needs, choosing between Beta for early adopters, General Availability for standard rollouts, or Long-Term Support for customers who prioritize stability. This flexibility simplifies update planning, reduces risk, and builds confidence in the update process.

This release also resolves two issues: Teleport now correctly honors Unity MFA for partners using the Unity platform, and the ControlOne Agent’s background CPU usage has been reduced to restore normal performance levels.

How to Access It

These updates are available now for Windows and macOS.

  • Release tiers (Beta, GA, and LTS) can be managed in the Unity Admin Portal under Agent Settings.
  • Step-up verification is automatically available for Unity users once the feature is enabled in their environment.

Telivy Update: Unified Risk Scoring and Streamlined Compliance Descriptions

This Telivy release introduces unified risk visibility, improved compliance readability, in-portal product updates, and a refreshed demo experience. It also resolves a key alerts pipeline issue to ensure consistent external monitoring.

What’s New

  • CIS category descriptions in the Compliance tab have been rewritten for brevity and consistency. Each description now uses plain language that fits the existing UI layout, making compliance results easier to interpret across tenants.
  • A new Risk Score card appears on the Overview tab, providing a single snapshot of current security posture. Users can click through directly to filtered Findings for quick investigation. The card appears above AI Insights and is available to early access tenants.
  • AnnounceKit is now embedded in the Telivy portal, displaying a live badge and feed of product updates to authenticated users so partners can view new capabilities directly inside the platform.
  • The Demo Assessment has been fully updated to support onboarding and sales demonstrations. It includes an AI-generated executive summary, a chronological issue history, and synced PSA tasks that show realistic progress and resolution paths, giving partners a complete view of how Telivy converts findings into action.
  • Resolved a queuing defect that prevented external alerts, including typosquatting alerts, from processing and displaying correctly for about thirty days. The alert pipeline now operates as intended, restoring normal alert generation, PSA ticket creation, and email notifications.

Why You’ll Love It

Partners can easily understand compliance areas through consistent CIS descriptions and monitor tenant posture at a glance with the new unified Risk Score. Product updates are now visible within the portal, and the enhanced Demo Assessment provides a realistic way to showcase Telivy’s automation and reporting flow. These updates make it simpler to evaluate, present, and act on risk insights across environments.

Telivy Update: New Agent for Automated MacOS Scans, and Fix for User Deletion Workflow

Telivy now includes a dedicated Mac agent that performs regular, automated scans across Apple devices, ensuring complete visibility alongside Windows coverage. This release also resolves a key user management bug to maintain consistent assessment transfers and data integrity.

What’s New

  • Telivy introduces a new Mac agent that performs scheduled, unattended scans to detect exposed sensitive data, missing patches, vulnerabilities, compromised credentials, and risky applications. Apple devices now receive the same comprehensive coverage as Windows endpoints, providing partners with consistent, up-to-date visibility across their entire fleet. The agent can be deployed through existing device management tools for efficient rollout at scale.
  • This update also lays the groundwork for a unified Telivy agent that supports both macOS and Windows, creating a single foundation for cross-platform coverage and future expansion of security checks.
  • The issue affecting the Delete User and assessment transfer workflow has been resolved. Partners can now remove users and reassign their assessments without interruption, ensuring complete data continuity during offboarding and eliminating the risk of unassigned or lost assets.

Why You’ll Love It

Partners gain full Mac coverage with consistent, automated scans that reduce blind spots and manual overhead. Cross-platform visibility makes it easier to identify vulnerabilities across all endpoints, while the user deletion fix ensures administrative continuity and compliance with audit requirements.
