Telivy Update: PSA Integration Early Access, Smarter Views, and Fewer Logouts

This Telivy release introduces a new PSA integration (available for early access) that helps you turn findings into actionable tickets, while also improving clarity in Email Security and Inventory views.  You’ll also notice improved billing accuracy, enhanced portal session stability, and updates that make feature trials easier to manage and understand.

What’s New

  • A new ConnectWise PSA integration is available for early access. From the Tasks tab, you can create tickets from individual findings or bulk-create them from the History view, sorted by risk level. Tickets sync with ConnectWise for creation and status updates, with richer history and bidirectional sync planned in upcoming releases.
  • The “DMARC Critical Issues” card has been renamed “Email Security Issues.” It now appears in both External and Risk assessments and counts all High and Medium DNS issues to provide a fuller picture of email-related risk.
  • Based on partner feedback, we’ve updated Inventory labels to improve clarity. Under Applications, tabs are now “Web Activity” (site visits) and “Installed Apps” (software on endpoints). In Web Activity, the Application column is now “Name,” and Installed Apps adds a “Host” column to show which device an app is installed on.
  • AI Insights now properly follows early access requirements. If the feature isn’t enabled, summaries will not run.
  • Monitored Assets calculations now match the counts used for invoicing. This alignment eliminates discrepancies and lets you see in-app exactly what will appear on invoices.
  • Portal session handling has been hardened. A new safeguard reduces unnecessary forced sign-outs, making long sessions smoother and less disruptive.

Why You’ll Love It

This release makes Telivy more actionable and transparent. You can turn risks into tickets from within Telivy, with tighter PSA sync coming soon. Refined labels in email security and inventory views reduce confusion and make reporting easier. Billing visibility has been improved to ensure that in-app data matches invoice details, and session stability enhancements mean fewer disruptions while you work.

ControlOne Update: Improved Permission Management, Smarter Navigation, and SIEM Export Enhancements

ControlOne now validates permissions in real time, ensures user sessions and configuration are uninterrupted during portal updates, and introduces key improvements to SIEM export. Navigation has also been refreshed with a cleaner menu and a simplified admin experience.

What’s New

  • SIEM export now supports certificate-based encryption for CEF over TLS. You can upload and manage certificates directly in the UI for secure export.
  • Root user accounts are protected from unintended permission changes. Updates to the permissions logic prevent edge cases where modification rights could be removed.
  • Permission checks are now managed directly through Unity. Instead of relying on session tokens that can become outdated, ControlOne validates roles in real time for greater accuracy and reliability.
  • The left-side navigation has been refreshed with a cleaner structure, subtle hover animations, and reduced clutter. Second-level tabs have also been removed and consolidated into collapsible menu items, making navigation more organized and consistent.
  • Syncing status is now reported with a clearer, more intuitive visual indicator, and the user menu includes a quick link back to the customer portal.
  • The Admin menu has been simplified, and common actions like Settings, Help, and Logout have been relocated for easier access.
  • The Settings and Admin Settings pages have been updated with clear page titles, making it easier to confirm your current location at a glance.
  • The Network Map is now the default landing page. It loads automatically and displays a helpful placeholder when no data is available.
  • A new unified site header with a customer selector makes it easier to switch between accounts.
  • Minor polish updates improve consistency, such as standardizing the capitalization of “Log Out.”
  • Resolved an issue where syslog exports occasionally sent blank lines instead of event data.
  • Addressed an API issue that could briefly interrupt workflows during certain updates.

Why You’ll Love It

SIEM export is now more secure and reliable, with support for certificate-based encryption and improved syslog formatting. Permissions always reflect the latest account roles, and workflows continue smoothly during updates. Navigation is cleaner and more intuitive, so you can move through ControlOne with ease!

  • The Admin menu has been simplified, with common actions like ‘Settings’, ‘Back to Customer Portal’ and ‘Help’ relocated for quicker, more logical access.
  • Both the Settings and Admin Settings pages now include clear, descriptive titles, helping partners confirm where they are at a glance.
  • The Network Map is now the default landing page, providing immediate visibility into network health along with a helpful placeholder when no data is available.
  • A small but important polish update ensures “Log Out” follows standard naming conventions, adding to the platform’s overall consistency and professionalism.

  • We’ve introduced a new and improved Agent Download menu, giving you quick access to deploy agents.

UCaaS Update: Early Adopters Framework, SSO Readiness, and Reliability Enhancements

This UCaaS release introduces a new framework for you to try early features, lays the groundwork for mobile single sign-on, and strengthens reliability for contacts and presence services. Together, these updates give you more control over feature adoption, prepare the platform for upcoming authentication improvements, and smooth daily performance.

What’s New

  • The new Early Adopters Program lets you opt into early release features through stages such as Concept, Alpha, and Beta. You can decide when and how to explore new capabilities.
  • Preparatory updates for Mobile SSO support authentication through your organization’s identity provider. This update enables a split login experience and session handling improvements, setting up broader authentication enhancements planned later this year.
  • BLF services have been modernized to resolve memory-related issues that previously caused presence status problems and to improve reliability during busy periods.
  • Desktop contacts searches now provide clear feedback when queries exceed system length limits, replacing silent truncation with clear error messages.

Why You’ll Love It

This release is about control, readiness, and reliability. The Early Adopters framework puts you in charge of how and when you explore new features. Updates to mobile authentication prepare you for smoother, more secure access in the future. And infrastructure and desktop improvements remove common frustrations, making everyday use easier.

How to Access It

These updates are live now across UCaaS. Make sure you are running the latest versions:

Risk History Gets Smarter: Faster Triage, Stronger Stability

We’ve improved how you prioritize risks while strengthening the stability of scheduled scans and agent performance. The Risk History view now offers greater visibility into past events. Recent fixes reduce noise, minimize disk bloat, and address upload failures, helping you act faster and spend less time troubleshooting.

What’s New

  • Risk History now includes a Severity column with High, Medium, and Low badges. You can sort the column to surface the most consequential findings immediately, without drilling into detail views. The new column works with search and the As of / Compared to selectors, so you can focus on the highest-priority items in any scan window.

  • A fix to the portal’s assessment scheduling ensures re-runs no longer get blocked. Errors are now easier to understand, retries behave predictably, and logging is more structured for better visibility. These improvements reduce noise for you while increasing stability overall.

  • The agent now enforces a cleanup routine for Browser History scans, ensuring temporary files are removed and orphaned files are detected. This prevents disk bloat and helps your machines run smoothly over time.

  • Uploads of detected PII are more resilient. Instead of aborting an entire batch when one file fails, the agent retries using smaller chunk sizes, resulting in fewer data gaps when network conditions are unreliable.

Why You’ll Love It

This release helps you triage faster and improves overall stability. The Severity column in Risk History highlights the most critical issues immediately. Scheduled scans run more reliably, agents maintain better integrity, and evidence uploads complete more consistently. These enhancements give you confidence that your results are accurate and comprehensive.
