ControlOne Update: Portal Improvements and Configuration Fixes
ControlOne now provides a more reliable portal experience across VLAN zone visibility, network map accuracy, connector addressing, session stability, and DMZ rule validation. These improvements reduce friction during common configuration tasks and help partners manage client networks with more confidence.
What's New
- The VLAN zone dropdown now shows the currently assigned zone when editing a site, making it easier to review and update network configurations.
- Removing a gateway from a zone no longer causes the zone to disappear from the network map, keeping the visual representation of client networks accurate.
- The connector addressing form now preserves entered values when invalid input is detected, allowing partners to correct only the problem field rather than re-entering the entire form.
- The portal no longer switches tenant context unexpectedly during an active session, so partners stay in the selected client environment until they choose to change it.
- Address group validation in DMZ rules is now consistent, preventing configuration failures when address groups are used in DMZ deployments.
How to Access It
These updates are live now in ControlOne and are automatically applied. No action is required.
