UCaaS Desktop now provides a more responsive desk phone calling experience for users who place calls from "My Team." Calls begin without the previous delay, helping users move from contact selection to active call handling more quickly.

What's New

• Calls now route to the desk phone immediately when users select "Use Desk phone to make calls" under "My Team."
• A previous 5-second delay in the call initiation process has been removed, improving responsiveness during desk phone calling.

How to Access It

This update is live now in UCaaS Desktop 26.26.1 and is automatically applied where supported. No action is required.
